Conditions of living

There are all necessary things for your comfort in our apartments. They are in good condition, equipped with modern electronics and household appliances, furniture, phone, necessary dishes, clean bed linen hygiene products. We clean the apartments before each check-in.
Our apartments are in the center of Rostov-on-Don in modern houses with all facilities. There are bus stops, free parking places and guarded car parking nearby.
There is free Wi-Fi in each apartment.
If it is necessary, we can provide you for rent two flats placed next to each other.

Choosing the apartments
You can choose any of apartments in our catalogue or send your request with check-in and check-out dates, number of people, necessary location, the price per day you are able to afford and contact information.

How to check-in
Choose the apartment on the website. Specify if it is possible to check-in in necessary dates and ask the address. Our servant will meet you near the house, show the apartment, contract and give you the key in convenient time.

What’s next?
Apartment is at your disposal as soon as our servant contracted and gave yoy the key. You can use any of the household appliances and electronics, cook the dinner by yourself our use food-delivery service (menu is available).
Cleaning and changing of bed linen is included, but we do not disturb our guests for no reason. You should order the cleaning the day before it is necessary. Housemaid will come in convenient time.
We will strive to make the apartment become your second Home. However we have our rules you have to follow:
The main one is NO SMOKING in the apartments
(smoking is allowed only on the balcony).
Also, we expect our guests to be quiet and calm in the apartment, especially in the night time.

Rules of living in our apartments:
- NO SMOKING in the apartments. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
- We do not provide apartments for guests with pets
- We do not provide apartments for birthdays and other celebrations.
- It is possible to place more guests in the apartment, than preferable number, but we do not provide extra bed places.
- Using escort services is PROHIBITED
- Our guests should be quiet and calm in evening and night time.
- You can invite other people to the apartment, but it should be within reasonable limits. We do not provide apartments for Hanging out" and "Having fun"
- We expect that you will treat the apartment carefully like if it is yours.
- Guests should keep the apartment clean by themselves or call the household (included to the price of living).

Transferring service
We can meet you at the airport or railway station.
Prices:
Airport - apartments - 500 rub.
Railway Station - apartments- 300 rub.
Bus station - apartments - 300 rub.
Pervomayskaya station - apartments - 500 rub.

Our prices
You pay the price that you see on the website or hear by the phone. In some cases changes of price are possible according to amount of day, number of people, extra-services etc.. No more other extra paying!

Privacy and security
We guarantee full confidentiality and security. While you live in our apartment nobody will visit you. Nobody will disturb you. You will be the only person who has the key.
